WebMar 31, 2024 · All was well but the internet was unbelievably slow (0.1Mbps), even though it was connected to a high speed FIOS network. Dell customer service was no help. After an hour on the phone, they were stumped & said it was a hardware issue. Shipped the laptop back to them, waited a few days, & received the "repaired" laptop. Fired it up. Same issue.
