You need to remove the aerodynamic plastic cover after jacking up the front end to access. Drivers side is easier to remove, the passenger side requires a tad more finesse to get the socket on the bolt. WebApr 26, 2013 · As mentioned above only remove the horn button whichis the black plastic piece. Then remove the three screws and disconnect the wire. Remove the nut to remove the steering wheel. A trick that i use is. place an smaller socket on an extension and place it on the shaft and give it a thump with a rubber mallet or use the leg trick.
